order arrived a few moments ago. I would really like to thank
you for your prompt reply. I am so excited I can hardly
wait to get started. The colors of the felt are lovely
and I wish to thank you for the book of designs. That
was kind of special to me and there are more beautiful things
that I can think about doing in the future. I am a 74
year old widow and I am trying to keep myself busy. I
do a lot of needlework of different kinds and this just took
my eye. Thank you again for your very professional treatment.

just finished your "Hiding the Eggs" penny rug. I
started "Merry Mice", but put it aside to work on
the cute bunnies. I must finish that before I start "Blackbird
Pie". I like all of the designs in your "Quick &
Easy Penny Rugs" book, but "Hiding the Eggs"
is my favorite. Happy New Year to you and Cleo.

I wanted to let you know that I got the felt in record
time even with the holiday, it arrived last Fri. I have
it all washed and pressed and have used some of it. It
is such nice felt. Thanks for the wonderful collection.
I have lots of projects planned. I have never done penny
rugs before so this is new to me. I really appreciate your
picking colors for me, it's hard to shop for colors when I don't
even know for sure what I want to make yet. You did a
wonderful job! Thanks for autographing my book! I
love the litte angel jacket pattern! Not enough hours
in the day to do all the things I want to do! Give Cleo

Hi Barbie: I just finished the stitchery "Is It Dinner
Yet" and it came out lovely. What I wanted to suggest is
this. When I finished the stitchery, I made tiny bows for each
kitty with colorful satin ribbon Too cute. I also stitched the
kitties with 4 different colors of floss. I made the stitchery
for my daughter who has 2 cats and about 5 neighbor cats that
show up for dinner.I made it for Christmas but can't wait so
I am going to mail it today. Thanks again I will be back
for more in the spring as I am going south this week for the

My
order was in the mail yesterday when I got home from work. It
took all that I could muster up not to just open it standing
in the doorway, purse, keys and briefcase in hand. Instead,
I waited until things around the house were done and I was in
my "Comfortables" as my grand daughter calls them,
sat down in my craft room and opened the package. What a pleasure!
Pretty, bag, ribbons, and tags. The patterns were adorable,
even better up close and the stack of felt was beautiful. I
was thrilled. I look forward to ordering again and thank you

- Just a little e-note to let you know just how much I love
your designs. Your pricing is quite fair especially the
wool felt. I have just began to get into wool felt projects
and would appreciate any suggestions on working with felt publications.
Your designs are so cute and colorful - not overdone, just new
and fresh. I placed an order but thought I would wait
until learning more about the materials I will need.
I will definitely order my felt from you. I may even use
one of the patterns to make a regular quilt for my granddaughter.

Thank you for the very cute pattern and the fast service.
I ordered from you on last Thursday and had my order on Sat.
Great service! I made my sweatshirt jacket using your Cat's
Nite Out pattern. I used buttons instead of trying to
applique the circles and I also added cats to the back.
I will send a picture of that also. Fun pattern. Thanks
again and I look forward to using more of your patterns....

Barbie Jo.......I received my
penny rug pattern book in the mail today and JUST LOVE IT!!!
The rugs are just too cute. I will be watching for more
of your books when they come out. You must do more.....I
do all types of crafts, tolepainting, primitives, crochet, tatting,
name it.....I do it and have an ebay store to sell them
all, and naturally, I had to try my hand at these....and love
doing them.....I am addicted!!!! Thank you for signing
the book also. It means a great deal.

I just placed another order! Don't know what I was thinking
when I placed the order the other day, but I missed a few things.
I am so pleased with your patterns........just completed Santa's
Tree Farm, and I absolutely love it! I am now working
on Snowman Caroler's. I really like working with the wool
and have enjoyed buttonhole stitch for some time. This
is my first penny rugs and I am hooked! I plan to sell
these our local Christmas Bazaar, but not sure how much they
are worth. There is a lot of work in each one.
I also want to thank you for your excellent service. I
live in a remote area of Oregon and have to do a lot of internet
and mail order, and have had some pretty disappointing experiences.
It's so nice to do business with someone who cares!!!!!!! Thanks..........

I received my order yesterday and I absolutely
LOVE the patterns. I enjoyed reading the "Thanks to"
entry. It honestly brought tears to my eyes. I giggled at the
entry for Cleo because my cat Dolly loves when I have fabric
and yarn out.
As a customer, I was also very touched by ther personal aspect
you added to my order of not only sending me a "personal"
e-mail but taking the time to jot a note and signing my book.
It honestly meant a lot to me. As a first time customer I was
very impressed as I am sure you are quite busy and it means
so much that you took the time out to
do that. I can't wait to get started. I am going to make the
quilt for my mom for her birthday. She loves Annie and Andy.
I have a million ideas of different things I can do with the
monthly patterns for Christmas gifts as well.
